John Lerner
John is an economic and business development specialist, with a background in rural development in Canada. He has a passion for entrepreneurs and business development and sustainable resource use. John holds a master's degree in economics from Dalhousie University and has extensive economic/business development experience and land use planning experience. He has worked with communities, industry, government, First Nations as well as non-government organizations.
Deborah DeLong
Deborah is a Registered Professional Forester in the province of British Columbia with extensive experience in project management and working with groups of people with diverse and often opposing interests. Deborah holds a Master's degree in Science from the University of British Columbia and has a keen interest in developing the value-added forest product sector as a means to greater sustainability of our forest resources and communities.
Tine Rossing
Tine holds a Master's degree in Political Science and International Economics from Johns Hopkins (SAIS) University and has 15 years of experience in biodiversity conservation, integrated resource management and climate change. She has worked for the World Bank, the UNDP and the World Resources Institute in Southeast Asia, Latin America and the United States.
Tine has managed and directed international environmental programmes and projects. She also has extensive experience in capacity development, project formulation, implementation and evaluation, especially concerning the Global Environment Facility (GEF) that funds key global conventions.
Randy Sunderman
Randy is an economist, specializing in issues associated with community economic development and land use planning. He has worked extensively with rural communities and First Nations communities in developing strategies and business development opportunities. He has also worked in British Columbia's land use planning and environmental impact assessment processes. Randy has an academic background in biology and economics.
