Food Processing Manual for First Nation Micro-enterprises

The manual is a business planning guide for First Nation food processing micro-enterprises.  It is meant as a supplement to the numerous business planning tools that already exist for the food processing industry.  In particular, the document draws heavily up the 10 Steps to Starting Your Food Processing Business.  The project was administered by the Xeni Gwet’in First Nation, 2014.
